عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى،
أَنَّ عُمَرَ لَمْ يَجْمَعْ أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ عَلَى قَارِئٍ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَجْلِ الطَّوَافِ، تَرَكَ مَنْ شَاءَ طَافَ
Translation
✧ Umar did not gather the people of Makkah behind one reciter because of circumambulation; he left whoever wished to circumambulate.
