✧ Making up Ramadan in the ten days

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
كُرِهَ أَنْ يَتَطَوَّعَ الرَّجُلُ بِصِيَامٍ فِي الْعَشْرِ، وَعَلَيْهِ صِيَامٌ وَاجِبٌ قَالَ: " لَا، وَلَكِنْ صُمِ الْعَشْرَ، وَاجْعَلْهَا قَضَاءً
Translation
✧ It was disliked for a man to voluntarily fast in the ten days when he owes an obligatory fast. He said: No, but fast the ten days and count them as make-up.
