✧ Making up the month of Ramadan for the traveler

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ،
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُفْطِرُ أَيَّامًا فِي سَفَرٍ، ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ فِي سَفَرِهِ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ " وَهُوَ يَدْخُلُ فِي قَوْلِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَالنَّخَعِيِّ، وَالْحَسَنِ، وَعَطَاءٍ، وَالزُّهْرِيِّ
Translation
✧ About a man who breaks the fast for some days while traveling, then dies on his journey, he said: "Nothing is due from him," and this falls under the saying of Ibn ʿAbbas, al-Nakhaʿi, al-Hasan, ʿAtaʾ, and al-Zuhri.
