عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي الشَّهْرَيْنِ يُتَدَارَكَانِ عَلَى الْمُسَافِرِ قَالَ: كَالْمَرِيضِ سَوَاءً، قُلْتُ: رَجُلٌ أَفْطَرَ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ أَيَّامًا فِي سَفَرٍ، ثُمَّ مَاتَ فِي سَفَرِهِ ذَلِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقِيمَ؟ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ، وَلَا يُطْعَمُ عَنْهُ
Translation

✧ Regarding the two months that are made up by the traveler, he said: "Like the sick person, exactly." I said: "A man who broke the fast for some days of Ramadan while traveling, then died during that journey before settling?" He said: "Nothing is due from him, and no one is fed on his behalf."
