عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا مَرِضَ الرَّجُلُ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَلَمْ يَصِحَّ حَتَّى مَاتَ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ غُلِبَ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَقَضَائِهِ
Translation

✧ If a man falls sick in Ramadan and does not recover until he dies, nothing is required of him; he was overcome by his condition and his making up.
