✧ The sick person in Ramadan and his making up the fast

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،
قَالَ فِي الرَّجُلِ الْمَرِيضِ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَلَا يَزَالُ مَرِيضًا حَتَّى يَمُوتَ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ فَإِنْ صَحَّ فَلَمْ يَصُمْ حَتَّى مَاتَ أُطْعِمَ عَنْهُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ نِصْفُ صَاعٍ مِنْ حِنْطَةٍ
Translation
✧ Regarding a man who is sick in Ramadan and remains sick until he dies, he said: "Nothing is required of him. But if he recovers and does not fast until he dies, then food is given on his behalf for each day: half a sa' of wheat."
