Translation
✧ I was sitting with Ibn Abbas when a man came to him and said: Two Ramadans have passed over me successively. Ibn Abbas said: "By God, has this happened?" He said: Yes. He said: "No." He said: So the man left. Then another came and said: A man has had two Ramadans pass over him successively. He said: "By God, has this happened?" He said: Yes. Ibn Abbas said: "One of seven: he fasts two months and feeds sixty poor people."
