✧ The sick person in Ramadan and his making up the fast

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ:
إِنَّ إِنْسَانًا مَرِضَ فِي رَمَضَانَ، ثُمَّ صَحَّ، فَلَمْ يَقْضِهِ حَتَّى أَدْرَكَهُ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ آخَرُ، فَلْيَصُمِ الَّذِي أَحْدَثَ، ثُمَّ يَقْضِي الْآخَرَ، وَيُطْعِمُ مَعَ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مِسْكِينًا
Translation
✧ If a person falls ill in Ramadan, then recovers but does not make it up until another Ramadan reaches him, he should fast the one that has newly come, then make up the other, and feed a poor person for each day.
