✧ Hastening the breaking of the fast

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ:
إِذَا أَقْبَلَ اللَّيْلُ، وَأَدْبَرَ النَّهَارُ، وَغَرَبَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَقَدْ أَفْطَرَ الصَّائِمُ
Translation
✧ When the night approaches, the day retreats, and the sun sets, the fasting person has broken the fast.
