machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, from ʿAṭāʾ, who said:
✧ If a man engages in playful touching with his wife while fasting until the ejaculatory fluid comes from him, then upon him is the expiation (al-zakah). He said: I asked 'Ata': What do you think about whatever moves the penis of the fasting person in the month of Ramadan, and pre-ejaculate (madhy) comes out with his moving it? He said: There is nothing upon him in that as long as there was no direct skin contact or something approaching that.
