✧ Sexual speech and touching while fasting

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ

فِي الرَّجُلِ يُقَبِّلُ نَهَارًا فِي رَمَضَانَ، أَوْ يُبَاشِرُ، أَوْ يُعَالِجُ فَيُمْذِي قَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ، وَبِئْسَ مَا صَنَعَ، فَإِنْ خَرَجَ مِنْهُ الْمَاءُ الدَّافِقُ فَهُوَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْغِشْيَانِ، قَالَ: وَقَالَ قَتَادَةُ: " إِنْ خَرَجَ مِنْهُ الدَّافِقُ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَصُومَ يَوْمًا

Translation

✧ Regarding a man who kisses during the day in Ramadan, or has skin contact, or engages in foreplay and emits pre-ejaculate (madhy): He said: Nothing is upon him, though what he did is bad. If the ejaculatory fluid (al-ma' al-dafiq) comes out from him, then he is in the same position as one who has had intercourse. He said: And Qatadah said: If the ejaculatory fluid comes out from him, then upon him is only to fast a day.
