✧ Intimate contact for the fasting person

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ الْحَسَنَ لَقِيَ أَبَا رَافِعٍ قَالَ: إِنِّي لَبَيْنَهُمَا قَالَ: فَقَالَ لَهُ الْحَسَنُ: الصَّائِمُ يُقَبِّلُ وَيُبَاشِرُ ؟ قَالَ أَبُو رَافِعٍ: " لَا يُقَبِّلُ وَلَا يُبَاشِرُ
Translation
✧ I saw al-Hasan meet Abu Rafi'. He said: "I was between them." He said: "Al-Hasan said to him: 'May the fasting person kiss and have intimate contact?' Abu Rafi' said: 'He should neither kiss nor have intimate contact.'"
