عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَصَابَ امْرَأَتَهُ نَاسِيًا فِي رَمَضَانَ قَالَ: لَا يُنْسَى هَذَا كُلُّهُ، عَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ، لَمْ يَجْعَلِ اللهُ لَهُ عُذْرًا
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said:
✧ I asked Ata about a man who had intercourse with his wife forgetfully in Ramadan. He said: This is not all forgotten; he must make it up. Allah has not made an excuse for him.
