✧ The man who eats and drinks forgetfully

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ:
لَوْ وَطِئَ رَجُلٌ امْرَأَتَهُ، وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ نَاسِيًا فِي رَمَضَانَ لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِ شَيْءٌ
Translation
✧ If a man has intercourse with his wife while fasting forgetfully in Ramadan, there is nothing upon him for that.
