✧ Are Muslims Made to Swear Regarding Their Zakat

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الثَّوْرِيَّ قَالَ:
خُنْهُمْ وَاحْلِفْ لَهُمْ، وَاكْذِبْهُمْ، وَامْكُرْ بِهِمْ، وَلَا تُعْطِهِمْ شَيْئًا إِذَا لَمْ يَضَعُوهَا فِي مَوَاضِعِهَا
Translation
✧ Deceive them, swear to them, lie to them, and scheme against them, and do not give them anything if they do not put it in its proper places.
