✧ Are Muslims Made to Swear Regarding Their Zakat

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَقُولُ:
يُخْرِجُ سَيِّدُ الْمَالِ مَا ذَكَرَ عِنْدَهُ مِنَ الْمَالِ، وَلَا يُدْعَى بِمَالِهِ، وَلَا يُسْتَحْلَفُ
Translation
✧ The owner of the wealth should pay what he recalls of the wealth, and he is not summoned to produce his wealth, nor made to swear.
