عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنِ ابْنَيْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ،
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بَعَثَ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ مِنْ بَنِي بَيَاضَةَ يُقَالُ لَهُ: فَرْوَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، فَيَخْرُصُ ثَمَرَ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ: " وَمَا سَمِعْتُ بِالْخَرْصِ إِلَّا فِي النَّخْلِ وَالْعِنَبِ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ sent a man from the Anṣār of the Banū Bayāḍa called Farwa b. ʿAmr, and he estimated the fruit of the people of Madinah. He said: "I have not heard of estimation except for palms and grapes."
