بَلَغَنِي ذَلِكَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ.

كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ أَنْ يُؤْخَذَ مِمَّا أَنْبَتَتِ الْأَرْضُ مِنْ قَلِيلٍ أَوْ كَثِيرٍ الْعُشْرُ
Translation
✧ That reached me from Mujāhid. Hidden text: ʿUmar b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz wrote that a tenth is to be taken from what the earth produces, whether little or much.
