عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ: " أَنْ يُؤْخَذَ مِمَّا أَنْبَتَتِ الْأَرْضُ مِنْ قَلِيلٍ أَوْ كَثِيرٍ الْعُشْرُ
Translation
