عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عَطَاءٌ:
لَيْسَ فِي الْبُقُولِ، وَالْقَصَبِ، وَالْجَرْجِيرِ، وَالْقِثَّاءِ، وَالْكُرْسُفِ، وَالْعُصْفُرِ، وَالْفَوَاكِهِ، وَالْأُتْرُجِّ، وَالتُّفَّاحِ، وَالْجَوْزِ، وَالتِّينِ، وَالرُّمَّانِ، وَالْفِرْسِكِ، وَالْفَوَاكِهِ يَعُدُّهَا كُلَّهَا لَيْسَ فِيهَا صَدَقَةٌ، وَإِنَّمَا تُؤْكَلُ إِلَّا أَنْ يُبَاعَ شَيْءٌ مِنْهَا بِذَهَبٍ يَبْلُغُ أَنْ تَكُونَ فِيهِ صَدَقَةٌ، فَإِنْ بِيعَ شَيْءٌ مِنْهَا بِذَهَبٍ يَبْلُغُ أَنْ تَكُونَ فِيهِ صَدَقَةٌ، فَفِيهَا حِينَئِذٍ مِثْلُ صَدَقَةِ الذَّهَبِ " وَقَالَ لِي ذَلِكَ عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ، وَعَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ
Translation
✧ There is no zakah on herbs, sugar cane, rocket, cucumbers, cotton, safflower, fruits, citron, apples, walnuts, figs, pomegranates, peaches—he counts all fruits: there is no sadaqah on them, and they are only eaten—unless something of them is sold for gold that reaches the amount on which sadaqah is due. If something of them is sold for gold that reaches the amount on which sadaqah is due, then at that time there is on it the like of the sadaqah on gold. Abd al-Karim and Amr b. Dinar said that to me.
