✧ What Is Subject to Zakat

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
لَمْ يَفْرِضِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ الزَّكَاةَ فِي شَيْءٍ إِلَّا فِي عَشَرَةِ أَشْيَاءَ: الذَّهَبِ، وَالْفِضَّةِ، وَالْبَقَرِ، وَالْغَنَمِ، وَالْإِبِلِ، وَالْبُرِّ، وَالشَّعِيرِ، وَالزَّبِيبِ، وَالذُّرَةِ، وَالتَّمْرِ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ did not make zakat obligatory on anything except ten things: gold, silver, cattle, sheep, camels, wheat, barley, raisins, sorghum, and dates.
