عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ:

مَنِ اسْتَفَادَ مَالًا فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ زَكَاةٌ حَتَّى يَحُولَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَوْلُ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَ مِائَتَيْ دِرْهَمٍ فَفِيهِ خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ، وَإِنْ نَقَصَ مِنَ الْمِائَتَيْنِ، فَلَيْسَ فِيهِ شَيْءٌ، وَإِنْ زَادَ عَلَى الْمِائَتَيْنِ فَبِحِسَابٍ

Translation

✧ Whoever acquires wealth, no zakat is due on it until a year has passed over it. When it reaches two hundred dirhams, five dirhams are due. If it is less than two hundred, nothing is due. If it exceeds two hundred, then proportionately.
