7127 7073 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، وَمَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ مِثْلَهُ. متن مخفيبَعَثَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ عَلَى الْأَيْلَةِ قَالَ قُلْتُ بَعَثْتَنِي عَلَى شَرِّ عَمَلِكَ قَالَ فَأَخْرَجَ لِي كِتَابًا مِنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ خُذْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمًا وَمِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ عِشْرِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمًا وَمِمَّنْ لَا ذِمَّةَ لَهُ مِنْ كُلِّ عَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ دِرْهَمًا
Translation
✧ 7127 7073 - Abd al-Razzaq, from al-Thawri and Ma'mar, from Ayyub, from Anas b. Sirin, from Anas, the like of it. Hidden text: Anas b. Malik sent me to Ayla. I said, "You have sent me to the worst of your work." He said, "Then he brought out to me a letter from Umar b. al-Khattab: 'Take from the Muslims one dirham for every forty dirhams, and from the people of the covenant one dirham for every twenty dirhams, and from those who have no covenant one dirham for every ten dirhams.'"
