عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ بْنِ يُونُسَ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ أَبِي عَزَّةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَامِرًا الشَّعْبِيَّ عَنِ الْمَمْلُوكِ هَلْ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ ؟ فَقَالَ: " لَا، وَلَا تَجُوزُ لَهُ شَهَادَةٌ
Translation
✧ I asked Amir al-Sha'bi whether a slave may give charity. He said, 'No, and his testimony is not valid.'
