✧ No charity is due on the slave

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ يَقُولُ:

لَا يَحِلُّ لِلْعَبْدِ مِنْ مَالِ سَيِّدِهِ شَيْءٌ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْكُلَ، أَوْ يَكْتَسِيَ، أَوْ يُنْفِقَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ

Translation

✧ Nothing of his master's wealth is lawful for the slave except that he eat, clothe himself, or spend in a reasonable manner.
