عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ صَدَقَةِ مَالِ الْعَبْدِ ؟ فَقَالَ: " أَلَيْسَ مُسْلِمًا ؟ فَقُلْتُ: بَلَى، قَالَ: " فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ فِي كُلِّ مِائَتَيْ دِرْهَمٍ خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ، فَمَا زَادَ فَبِحِسَابِ ذَلِكَ
Translation
✧ I asked Ibn 'Umar about the sadaqah on a slave's property. He said: "Is he not a Muslim?" I said: "Yes." He said: "Then he owes five dirhams on every two hundred dirhams, and what exceeds that is calculated accordingly."
