✧ Charity of the slave and the mukatib

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ قَالَ:
لَيْسَ عَلَى دَيْنٍ زَكَاةٌ، وَلَا عَلَى مَمْلُوكٍ زَكَاةٌ، وَلَا عَلَى الْمُكَاتَبِ زَكَاةٌ، وَلَا عَلَى الَّذِي يَبْتَاعُ بِدَيْنٍ زَكَاةٌ
Translation
✧ There is no zakah due on a debt, nor on a slave, nor on a mukatib, nor on one who buys on credit.
