✧ Charity on the orphan's wealth, seeking it out, and giving his zakat

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ، فَقَالَ: " عِنْدِي مَالٌ لِابْنِ أَخِي فَمَا أُزَكِّيهِ
Translation
✧ I asked him about the orphan's wealth, and he said: "I have wealth belonging to my brother's son, and I do not pay zakat on it."
