✧ Charity on the orphan's wealth, seeking it out, and giving his zakat

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ
فِي زَكَاةِ مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ: " لَيْسَتْ عَلَيْهِ زَكَاةٌ كَمَا لَيْسَتَ عَلَيْهِ صَلَاةٌ
Translation
✧ Regarding the zakat of the orphan's wealth: "No zakat is due on it, just as no prayer is due on him."
