عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ عَطَاءٌ أَفِي مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ الصَّامِتِ صَدَقَةٌ ؟ فَعَجِبَ، وَقَالَ: " مَا لَهُ لَا يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ صَدَقَةٌ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ عَلَى مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ الصَّامِتِ، وَالْحَرْثِ، وَالْمَاشِيَةِ، وَغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ مِنْ مَالِهِ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said:
✧ Ata was asked, "Is there charity on the orphan's unproductive wealth?" He was astonished and said, "Why should it not have charity?" He said, "Yes, on the orphan's unproductive wealth, on cultivated land, on livestock, and on other kinds of his property."
