عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
جَاءَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ رَجُلٌ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ زَكَاةِ مَالِهِ، فَقَالَ: " ادْفَعْهَا إِلَى السُّلْطَانِ، قَالَ: إِنَّ أُمَرَاءَنَا الدَّهَاقِينَ قَالَ: " وَمَا الدَّهَاقِينُ ؟ " قَالَ: مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ قَالَ: " فَلَا تَدْفَعْهَا إِلَى الْمُشْرِكِينَ
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, from Ayyūb, from Ibn Sīrīn, who said:
✧ A man came to Ibn Umar asking him about the zakah of his wealth. He said: "Hand it over to the ruler." He said: Our commanders are the dahaqin. He said: "And what are the dahaqin?" He said: Among the polytheists. He said: "Then do not hand it over to the polytheists."
