عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، أَنَّ طَاوُسًا، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ قَالَ:
لَسْتُ آخُذُ مِنْ أَوْقَاصِ الْبَقَرِ شَيْئًا حَتَّى آتِيَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَمَرَ فِيهَا بِشَيْءٍ
Translation
✧ I will not take anything from the waqs (intermediate numbers) of cattle until I go to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. So he went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he commanded something concerning them.
