عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَ لِلرَّجُلِ أَرْبَعُونَ شَاةً فِي مِصْرٍ يَحْلُبُهَا فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ زَكَاةٌ - يَعْنِي الدَّوَاجِنَ
Translation
✧ If a man has forty sheep in a town that he milks, there is no zakah on them—meaning domesticated ones.
