عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، وَالْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسٍ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ شَيْءٌ، وَفِي خَمْسٍ شَاةٌ، وَفِي عَشْرٍ شَاتَانِ، وَفِي خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ ثَلَاثُ شِيَاهٍ، وَفِي عِشْرِينَ أَرْبَعُ شِيَاهٍ، وَفِي خَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ إِلَى خَمْسٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ فَابْنُ لَبُونٍ ذَكَرٌ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا بِنْتُ لَبُونٍ إِلَى خَمْسٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا حِقَّةٌ طَرُوقَةُ الْفَحْلِ إِلَى سِتِّينَ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا جَذَعَةٌ إِلَى خَمْسَةٍ وَسَبْعِينَ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا ابْنَتَا لَبُونٍ إِلَى تِسْعِينَ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا حِقَّتَانِ طَرُوقَتَا الْفَحْلِ إِلَى مِائَةٍ وَعِشْرِينَ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ فَاسْتَأْنِفِ الْفَرَائِضَ، إِذَا بَلَغَتْ خَمْسِينَ فَفِي كُلِّ خَمْسِينَ حِقَّةٌ " قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: " تَفْسِيرُ حَدِيثِنَا عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِذَا زَادَتْ عَلَى مِائَةٍ وَعِشْرِينَ فَفِي كُلِّ خَمْسٍ شَاةٌ، وَفِي كُلِّ عَشْرٍ شَاتَانِ، وَفِي خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ ثَلَاثُ شِيَاهٍ، وَفِي كُلِّ عِشْرِينَ أَرْبَعُ شِيَاهٍ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ مِائَةً وَأَرْبَعِينَ فَفِيهَا حِقَّتَانِ وَأَرْبَعٌ مِنَ الْغَنَمِ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ مِائَةً وَخَمْسَةً وَأَرْبَعِينَ فَفِيهَا حِقَّتَانِ وَبِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ - يَعْنِي حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ خَمْسِينَ - ثُمَّ فِيهَا ثَلَاثُ حِقَاقٍ، فَإِذَا زَادَتِ اسْتَأْنَفْتَ الْفَرَائِضَ كَمَا اسْتَأْنَفْتَ فِي أَوَّلِهَا
Translation
✧ There is no charity on less than five camels. In five camels, one sheep [is due]; in ten, two sheep; in fifteen, three sheep; in twenty, four sheep; in twenty-five, a bint makhāḍ up to thirty-five. If a bint makhāḍ is not available, then a male ibn labūn. If it increases by one, then a bint labūn [is due] up to forty-five. If it increases by one, then a ḥiqqah, one that the stallion mounts, up to sixty. If it increases by one, then a jadhaʿah up to seventy-five. If it increases by one, then two bint labūn [are due] up to ninety. If it increases by one, then two ḥiqqahs, ones that the stallion mounts, up to one hundred and twenty. If it increases further, then begin the obligatory dues anew: when it reaches fifty, then in every fifty a ḥiqqah [is due]. Sufyān said: The explanation of our ḥadīth from Ibrāhīm: when it exceeds one hundred and twenty, then in every five one sheep [is due], in every ten two sheep, in fifteen three sheep, in every twenty four sheep. When it reaches one hundred and forty, then two ḥiqqahs and four sheep [are due]. When it reaches one hundred and forty-five, then two ḥiqqahs and a bint makhāḍ [are due] – meaning until it reaches fifty – then three ḥiqqahs [are due]. If it increases further, you begin the obligatory dues anew as you began at the start.
