عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ:
فِي الْأَنْفِ الدِّيَةُ كَامِلَةٌ، وَفِي الْحَشَفَةِ الدِّيَةُ كَامِلَةٌ، وَفِي اللِّسَانِ الدِّيَةُ كَامِلَةٌ، وَفِي الْيَدِ نِصْفُ الدِّيَةِ، وَفِي الرِّجْلِ نِصْفُ الدِّيَةِ، وَفِي السِّنِّ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ، وَفِي الْمُوضِحَةِ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ، وَفِي الْمُنَقِّلَةِ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ، وَفِي الْمَأْمُومَةِ ثُلُثُ الدِّيَةِ، وَفِي الْجَائِفَةِ ثُلُثُ الدِّيَةِ، وَفِي كُلِّ إِصْبَعٍ عَشْرٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ، وَفِي خَمْسٍ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ شَاةٌ، وَفِي كُلِّ عَشْرٍ شَاتَانِ، وَفِي خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ ثَلَاثُ شِيَاهٍ، وَفِي كُلِّ عِشْرِينَ أَرْبَعُ شِيَاهٍ، وَفِي خَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ خَمْسُ شِيَاهٍ، وَفِي سِتٍّ وَعِشْرِينَ بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ، فَابْنُ لَبُونٍ ذَكَرٌ، حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ خَمْسًا وَثَلَاثِينَ، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا بِنْتُ لَبُونٍ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ خَمْسًا وَأَرْبَعِينَ، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا حِقَّةٌ طَرُوقَةُ الْفَحْلِ - أَوْ قَالَ: الْجَمَلِ - حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ سِتِّينَ، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا جَذَعَةٌ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ خَمْسًا وَسَبْعِينَ، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا بِنْتَا لَبُونٍ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ تِسْعِينَ، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا حِقَّتَانِ طَرُوقَتَا الْفَحْلِ إِلَى عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةٍ، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِي كُلِّ خَمْسِينَ حِقَّةٌ، وَفِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ ابْنَةُ لَبُونٍ، وَفِي الْبَقَرِ فِي كُلِّ ثَلَاثِينَ بَقَرَةً تَبِيعٌ حَوْلِيٌّ، وَفِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ بَقَرَةً مُسِنَّةٌ، وَفِي الْغَنَمِ فِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ شَاةً شَاةٌ، لَيْسَ فِي مَا دُونَ أَرْبَعِينَ شَيْءٌ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ مِائَةً وَعِشْرِينَ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا شَاتَانِ إِلَى مِائَتَيْنِ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا ثَلَاثُ شِيَاهٍ إِلَى ثَلَاثِمِائَةٍ، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ فَفِي كُلِّ مِائَةٍ شَاةٌ، وَلَا يُؤْخَذُ هَرِمَةٌ، وَلَا ذَاتُ عَوَارٍ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ الْمُصَدِّقُ، وَلَا يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ مُتَفَرِّقٍ، وَلَا يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ، وَفِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَالْآبَارُ الْعُشْرُ، وَفِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالرِّشَاءِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ، وَفِي الْوَرِقِ إِذَا حَالَ عَلَيْهَا الْحَوْلُ فِي كُلِّ مِائَتَيْ دِرْهَمٍ خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ مِائَتَيْ دِرْهَمٍ شَيْءٌ، فَإِنْ زَادَ فَبِحِسَابِ ذَلِكَ، فَقَدْ عَفَوْتُ عَنْ صَدَقَةِ الْخَيْلِ، وَالرَّقِيقِ
Translation
✧ For the nose, the full diyah; for the glans, the full diyah; for the tongue, the full diyah; for the hand, half the diyah; for the foot, half the diyah; for the tooth, five camels; for the revealing wound, five camels; for the bone-displacing wound, fifteen camels; for the head wound, a third of the diyah; for the penetrating wound, a third of the diyah; for each finger, ten camels. For five camels, one sheep; for every ten, two sheep; for fifteen, three sheep; for every twenty, four sheep; for twenty-five, five sheep; for twenty-six, a bint makhad; if there is no bint makhad, then a male ibn labun, until thirty-five. If it increases by one, then a bint labun, until forty-five. If it increases by one, then a hiqqah mounted by the stallion, or he said: the camel, until sixty. If it increases by one, then a jadh'ah, until seventy-five. If it increases by one, then two bint labun, until ninety. If it increases by one, then two hiqqahs mounted by the stallion, up to one hundred and twenty. If it increases by one, then for every fifty, a hiqqah, and for every forty, a bint labun. For cattle: for every thirty cattle, a tabi' that is one year old; for every forty cattle, a musinnah. For sheep: for every forty sheep, one sheep; nothing below forty, until one hundred and twenty. If it increases by one, then two sheep, up to two hundred. If it increases by one, then three sheep, up to three hundred. If it increases, then for every hundred, one sheep. An old one or one with a defect is not taken, unless the collector wishes. Separate herds are not combined, and combined herds are not separated. For what the sky and wells water, one-tenth; for what is watered by rope, half of one-tenth. For silver, when a year passes, for every two hundred dirhams, five dirhams; nothing below two hundred dirhams, and if it increases, then by that reckoning. I have exempted the zakat of horses and slaves.
