✧ Greeting the grave of the Prophet ﷺ

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِذَا قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ أَتَى قَبْرَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: " السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَتَاهُ
Translation
✧ Whenever Ibn Umar returned from a journey, he would come to the grave of the Prophet ﷺ and say: "Peace be upon you, O Messenger of Allah; peace be upon you, O Abu Bakr; peace be upon you, O my father."
