Translation
✧ My father was killed on the day of Uhud. He was brought to the Prophet ﷺ and placed before him, mutilated—he had been disfigured. He said: I bent over him weeping, and the people were consoling me while the Prophet ﷺ saw me and did not forbid me, until he was lifted. The Prophet ﷺ said: “The angels kept surrounding him until he was lifted.” He said: My father had a debt, and the creditors would come to the palm trees, look at them, and consider them insufficient. The Prophet ﷺ said to him: “When you want to harvest, inform me.” He said: I came to him, and he went with me until he stood among them and invoked blessing. He said: I paid off what was owed by my father, and abundant food remained for us.
