✧ The prayer over the martyr and washing him

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ نُبَيْحٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:
كُنَّا حَمَلْنَا الْقَتْلَى يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ لِنَدْفِنَهُمْ، فَجَاءَ مُنَادِي النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: ادْفِنُوا الْقَتْلَى فِي مَصَارِعِهِمْ فَرَدَدْنَاهُمْ
Translation
✧ We carried the slain on the day of Uhud to bury them, but the caller of the Prophet ﷺ came and said: Bury the slain where they fell. So we returned them.
