✧ The prayer over the small child and the miscarried fetus, and its inheritance

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ:
تُوُفِّيَتْ أُخْتٌ لِي صَغِيرَةٌ، فَأَمَرَ بِهَا أَبِي مَوْلًى لَهَا فَدَفَنَهَا وَمَا خَرَجَ عَلَيْهَا وَلَا اتَّبَعَهَا - قَالَ: حَسِبْتُهُ قَالَ: - وَلَا صَلَّى عَلَيْهَا ".
Translation
✧ A young sister of mine died. My father ordered a client of hers to bury her, and he did not come out to her, nor follow her — he said: I think he said: — nor pray over her.
