✧ How the prayer was performed for the Prophet ﷺ

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
لَمْ يَؤُمَّهُمْ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَحَدٌ، كَانُوا يَدْخُلُونَ أَفْوَاجًا، الرِّجَالُ وَالنِّسَاءُ وَالصِّبْيَانُ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ الَّذِي هُوَ فِيهِ وَالْحُجْرَةِ، فَيَدْعُونَ ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُونَ، وَيَدْخُلُ آخَرُونَ، حَتَّى فَرَغَ النَّاسُ
Translation
✧ No one led them in prayer over the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. They entered in groups—men, women and children—into the house and the room where he was, supplicated, then left, and others entered, until the people had finished.
