✧ Raising the hands in the takbir over funerals

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا
أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ كَانَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ فِي التَّكْبِيرَةِ الْأُولَى، ثُمَّ لَا يَرْفَعُ بَعْدُ، وَكَانَ يُكَبِّرُ أَرْبَعًا
Translation
✧ Ibn 'Abbas used to raise his hands in the first takbir only, then he did not raise them after that, and he used to pronounce four takbirs.
