✧ Washing the Feet

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ:
أَشْرَفَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ نَتَوَضَّأُ فَقَالَ: وَيْلٌ لِلْأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ قَالَ: فَطَفِقْنَا نَغْسِلُهَا غَسْلًا وَنَدْلُكُهَا دَلْكًا
Translation
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked upon us while we were performing ablution, and he said: 'Woe to the heels from the Fire.' He said: 'So we began to wash them thoroughly and rub them vigorously.'
