✧ Those Who Said One Does Not Perform Ablution from What Fire Has Touched

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ:
تَوَضَّأَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، ثُمَّ احْتَزَّ كَتِفًا فَأَكَلَ، ثُمَّ مَضَى إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ، وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ
Translation
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed ablution, then cut off a shoulder and ate, then proceeded to prayer without performing ablution.
