أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ:
إِذَا أَنَا مُتُّ فَاشْتَرُوا لِي كَفَنًا بِثَلَاثِينَ دِرْهَمًا قَالَ: وَكَانَ مُوَسَّعًا عَلَيْهِ، وَقَالَ: " لَا لَا تُؤْذِنُوا بِي أَحَدًا إِلَّا مَنْ يَحْمِلُنِي إِلَى حُفْرَتِي
Translation
✧ When I die, buy for me a shroud for thirty dirhams. He said: And he was well-off. And he said, "No, do not let anyone know about me except those who will carry me to my grave."
