عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،
أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ كُفِّنَ فِي ثَلَاثَةِ أَثْوَابٍ، وَصُلِّيَ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، وَدُفِنَ لَيْلًا.
Translation
✧ Abu Bakr was shrouded in three garments, and prayer was said over him in the mosque, and he was buried at night.
