✧ Washing the Feet

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ مَرَّ بِقَوْمٍ يَتَوَضَّئُونَ مِنَ الْمِطْهَرَةِ فَقَالَ: أَحْسِنُوا الْوُضُوءَ يَرْحَمْكُمُ اللهُ، أَلَمْ تَسْمَعُوا مَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: وَيْلٌ لِلْأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ
Translation
✧ I saw Abū Hurayrah pass by a people performing ablution from the water container, and he said: 'Perform ablution well, may Allah have mercy on you. Have you not heard what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Woe to the heels from the Fire.'
