عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
كَانَ سَلْمَانُ أَصَابَ مِسْكًا مِنْ بَلَنْجَرَ، فَأَعْطَاهُ امْرَأَتَهُ تَرْفَعُهُ، فَلَمَّا حُضِرَ قَالَ لَهَا: أَيْنَ الَّذِي كُنْتُ اسْتَوْدَعْتُكِ ؟ قَالَتْ: هُوَ هَذَا، فَأَتَتْهُ بِهِ، قَالَ: رُشِّيهِ حَوْلِي؛ فَإِنَّهُ يَأْتِينِي خَلْقٌ مِنْ خَلْقِ اللهِ لَا يَأْكُلُونَ الطَّعَامَ وَلَا يَشْرَبُونَ الشَّرَابَ، يَجِدُونَ الرِّيحَ
Translation
✧ Salman obtained musk from Balanjar and gave it to his wife to keep. When he was dying, he said to her: 'Where is that which I entrusted to you?' She said: 'Here it is,' and brought it to him. He said: 'Sprinkle it around me, for there will come to me creatures of Allah's creation who do not eat food or drink drink; they perceive scent.'
