✧ Dictating to the sick person

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: حُدِّثْتُ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
احْضُرُوا مَوْتَاكُمْ فَأَلْزِمُوهُمْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَأَغْمِضُوا أَعْيُنَهُمْ، وَاقْرَءُوا عِنْدَهُمُ الْقُرْآنَ
Translation
✧ Attend your dying ones and make them repeat “there is no god but Allah,” close their eyes, and recite the Quran near them.
