أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ:
مَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ فَلَهُ بِكُلِّ آيَةٍ عَشْرُ حَسَنَاتٍ لَا أَقُولُ الم عَشْرٌ وَلَكِنْ أَلِفٌ وَلَامٌ وَمِيمٌ ثَلَاثُونَ حَسَنَةً
Translation
✧ Whoever recites the Qur'an has for each verse ten good deeds. I do not say Alif Lam Mim is ten, but Alif is ten, Lam is ten, and Mim is ten—thirty good deeds.
