✧ Keeping watch over the Quran and forgetting it

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
يَرْحَمُ اللهُ فُلَانًا رُبَّمَا ذَكَّرَنِي الْآيَةَ وَالْآيَاتِ الَّتِي قَدْ كُنْتُ نُسِّيتُهَا
Translation
✧ May God have mercy on so-and-so; how often he reminded me of the verse and the verses that I had indeed forgotten.
